The hotel, the hotel owner, and the staff are exceptional. Dhanya, Jibin, and Jubilee went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. It was our honeymoon and we were also there on my husband's birthday. We arrived to personalised wedding gifts and Dhanya also presented Ted with a lovely birthday cake and candles on his birthday, and I must say that it made his day. What a lovely surprise. Everyone sang Happy Birthday to Ted and shared the cake with us. Ted was truly touched. What a kind thing to do.
The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach for walking, swimming and watersports. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with sea view from the balcony. Lovely vegetarian restaurant Nava Jyoti underneath which we visited regularly and there are loads of good restaurants within walking distance.
There was nothing the team wouldn't do for us. What a delight. Like a home from home. We definitely would recommend the Banyan Tree, Samudra to everyone, and would definitely stay there again 😃😃😃
