A equipe está de parabéns, foi o ponto alto durante minha estadia.
O quarto de frente à avenida, no meu entendimento é muito barulhento, pedi para alterar e fui prontamente atendido. Mas resalto pode ser a minha percepção.

Modern hotel and professional staff
AWEFUL NOISES heard every single night - sounded like someone heavily moved furniture. I called reception 3 times the first night, they couldn't find anything. I changed room 3 floors upper and the same thing happened and could be heard every single night, same for my colleague who was in a different room. Perhaps it's due to those heavy sliding doors separating the bathroom, but those noises are really intolerable: a hotel is a place made to sleep and recharge, which was hardly possible at Doubletree San Isidro.
