Generally clean and comfortable. The site is nice and overall quiet, although could hear the music from the nearby club until midnight. Close to the beach.
Some cups and plates were dirty, the kitchen was not as equipped as needed (no baking trays, only 1 glass etc)
Bathroom like not working, some curtains hanging off.
Communication was non- existent. I emailed to report a couple of issues, no response. The last morning there was an issue with plumbing- one emergency number was disconnected, no response to the other. No answer at the office, finally got through to WhatsApp but limited concer n and no apology for the inconvenience. Wrote an email to highlight issues, still no response from the company. Concerning if there was an important issue or emergency.

Caravan was modern, comfortable, equipment in caravan was good.
Back door was difficult to open and would get stuck, opening and closing, causing alot of noise at night, while children were asleep.
No batteries in any of the remotes for tv.
Rubbish found under beds and under cushions in Lounge.
Shower not overly powerful.

Really liked the electric fire, we didn't use it but turned it on to see the awesome looking glass panel fire effect.
Really thought the tinted windows all around where a great feature.
Beds where comfy, en suite was good.
The main door is super stiff when you open it the bottom sticks and you have to push it with your foot,
There was no cheese grater or oven trays.
We bought some diy pizza bases and had to just put them on the ovens shelf and cut the cheese.
