Take a short walk down to the pond for some fishing off the dock or sit by the waterfront fire pit. Other outdoor amenities include hot tub, hammock, and corn hole. The Primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower on the main level. A second bedroom/den with a queen bed and daybed (2 twins) is also on the main level next to a half bath. The lower level also has the kitchen, dining and main living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and spices. A spiral staircase leads you upstairs to two additional bedrooms and a gallery overlooking the living area. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two queens. Both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a futon in the gallery for additional sleeping. The detached guest suite is set up like a hotel room with king bed, kitchenette and bath with shower. Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the garage and storage shed. We do share a driveway with our next-door neighbor, so we ask that the driveway never be blocked. There is plenty of parking around the house. The pond is a shared family pond but please feel free to enjoy it as your own. Please note, the pond is spring fed and seasonal; in dry weather the water level will be low. Downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mtn are just 10 minutes away, offering such attractions as the Chattanooga Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, Chattanooga Lookouts, Historic Bluff View Art District, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Incline Railway. an array of restaurants, and many other attractions.
