Fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats 4 with breakfast nook seats 2. Spacious living room with large flat screen Roku TV. Brand new LVP flooring throughout. New sectional sofa! Beautifully landscaped fenced in back yard. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen Roku TV and en suite bathroom, as well as private exit to huge back patio. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has twin beds, and full size bed perfect kids room. Minutes from beach access and gorgeous scenic walk over the canal. Well mannered, potty trained pets welcome. We want you and your family and friends to have a relaxing, enjoyable, care free vacation. ***We do not provide linens. You can contact Sharon’s linens for services if you do not wish to bring your own.*** ***When booking, please include some general information in your booking request, such as where you are traveling from, how many guests will be staying, if dogs, how many and what type (small, large, etc). Lovely home in nice neighborhood. Just a quick pit stop for us on our way to Florida...but wouldn't mind returning for a longer stay.

Wonderful little house. Very comfortable and spacious for a small house. Outdoor areas are such a huge bonus, only wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the fire pit. Was close to the VFW event we were in town for. Loved the island and hope to visit again!

Pros: -Clean -Fenced yard for pups -Kitchen appliances nicely stocked for cooking -Peaceful location -host responsive via text -cozy Room for improvement: -Not a square of toilet paper upon arrival -Couch needs to be replaced (host said it’s been ordered and they haven’t been able to put it in because house is booked for summer season) -no outdoor shower, but there is a hose (we used the 46th street beach access which has showers and took our kids to the awesome splash pad to rinse) -make sure they have put in bath plugs if you need to use bath at any point instead of shower (we requested)

Pros: Great little house located within minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops and publix. So happy it was so close. Kitchen & dining room were a perfect size for us. Back deck is very nice and has a fire pit. Cons: The couches need to be replaced. Look and feel old. Found 2 roaches inside the house. The master bathroom sink would take a long time to drain after washing hands and brushing teeth. The drain pull on top of the faucet doesn't work so the water just sat there forever. All of the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Master bed is very hard so if you need a soft bed this room is not for you. The bedroom with the twin bed and bunk beds is equally as uncomfortable. We had to keep switching rooms because all of our backs hurt. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable. The horrible: we found what was either dog hair or pubic hair all over the pillows, bed and nightstand in the master bedroom. It obviously was not cleaned properly before we arrived. If these items above would be fixed I would definitely want to stay there again because of the location!

Everything was good. Any issues that came up the property manager addressed quickly. They ordered new chairs for the back yard which was really nice. We had a great time and our dog enjoyed the back yard and running around in it. Not far from the beach and restaurants.

Yard was great for the dog. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable and needs updated. All in all has everything you need- nice quiet neighborhood. Needs more directions to use the TV.

We brought our twin 2 year olds for a getaway. The fenced backyard was perfect. House was spotless and had everything we needed. There is nothing we would want to change about this place. It was the best VRBO experience we have had. The house was cozy and inviting offering beautiful decor without feeling pretentious. Excellent neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

The property was exactly what I needed. Good location when you are not just hitting the beach. Fence is up and was great for our furry family member. Neighbors were terrific and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the size of this house, the backyard and the quick trip to the beach and other areas. Because this is a pet friendly rental, the carpet has had some wear. The kitchen, floors and bathrooms were in great condition, the water pressure was good and the bedrooms were clean and roomy. There was a large crate provided, dog bowls, leashes and a clean up scoop for outside. The back porch is lovely. Semi private and a good hangout spot. The beds weren't to our liking as we prefer very cushioned beds. They weren't board flat, though. We were tired enough at the end of the day from the sun and surf that we slept quite well. The convenient lock on the front door and the hose at the driveway for rinsing off are nice touches. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, not a lot of traffic and our dog was happy to be with us!

We had a great week, a wonderful family vacation, and we found the house to be exactly as described. A short drive to the beach for a 20 minute walk. No fast chargers on Oak Island for EV’s but level two charger right at the beach. We especially enjoyed the quiet and lack of party noise like so many beach locations.

This is a great space in a great location, just a hop and a skip to the water. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and everybody was very friendly. Hope to return soon.

Super nice neighborhood everybody is so friendly. Yes you can walk to the ocean on cool days, but summer is way too hot! It's so close to many beach accesses. Nice fenced back yard for dogs. Lots of extras in the kitchen was nice. We only slept in the king, it was very comfy.

Tranquil Harbour was the perfect getaway for our family. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped and Michelle was friendly and very communicative. This was our second stay and it was wonderful again. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable and Michelle is awesome to work with! The fenced in yard is great for pets. The house is a very short drive to the beach and stores and beautiful Southport is only about 10 or 15 mins away. We hope to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s property. She was easy to communicate with. Being 2 mins from the beach was fantastic!! It was very homey w/ a nice backyard for the dogs. Friendly neighbors. Great neighborhood for walking. Wonderful restaurants!
