Situated just steps away from the pristine white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath oasis is designed to provide you with everything you need to create unforgettable memories. The home offers 3 generously sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, complete with a plush king-sized bed. One of the highlights of this incredible home is the spectacular outside balcony lounging area. Find yourself in a true paradise! The expansive deck offers views of Carillon Beach and the surrounding area. Whether you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet evening alone, the dining area provides the perfect setting for all meals and unforgettable sunsets. In addition to its stunning design and amenities, this home is ideally located in Carillon Beach. Enjoy easy access to the community's private beach boardwalk, multiple community pool, as well as nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Carillon Beach is known for its charming atmosphere and friendly community, making it the perfect place to vacation! SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT SEASIDE SERENITY Maximum occupancy of this home is 11 guests. Carillon Beach Subdivision features private beach access, multiple community pools, parks, shops and restaurants perfect for the entire family. Designated parking is assigned for 2 vehicles. There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered. Guest must sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage. Seaside Serenity has parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway | Additional street parking for 1 vehicle is located in the front of the home | Parking passes will be provided to you by the guard staff upon arrival at the community. You must register and pay for vehicles prior to arrival it is $35/per vehicle.

The property was clean. Kitchen and Living room on 3rd floor. Kids bunk hallway is just inside front door. It was kinda weird but it worked out. The house had beach toys, boards, beach towels and 2 lounge chairs with umbrella…nice to have!!! We loved the location, just steps from the beach walkway!! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off. Lots of pots and pans, we cooked almost every night. We would definately stay here again!

It’s a great house. The master bedroom bed is extremely soft, to the point of not comfortable. The upstairs deck has a deadbolt that does not work. Overall it’s a great house that includes all the necessities👍

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Carillon Beach 3 times and this was by far our favorite house and location! It is steps away from the beach, a 2 minute walk to the oceanfront pool, 5 minute to the lake front pool and about 10 minutes to the cafe. The house had everything we needed for our stay: the kitchen is fully stocked, extra garbage bags, plenty of dishwasher detergent & pods, washing machine detergent...everything you would need! The property manager went above and beyond during our stay. It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to be back soon!

This is our second spring break staying here and we absolutely love it!! Karen always goes above and beyond and responds quickly to any questions you may have! Easy access to the beach. Grocery stores and liquor store are with in walking distance. House is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. You couldn’t ask for anything more and we look forward to coming back for Spring Break 2024!!

This is our second year at seaside serenity - our 3-generation family truly enjoys this property. We appreciate the proximity to the beach and front pool. Our family is able to spread out within the house. It is always clean and we approach the clear communication with management.

Kitchen had everything we needed. And the ease of grocery/liquor across the resort was key! We rented a golf cart and loved riding around... the kids visited the basketball court and road their kids everyday :) We love Carillon Beach and can't wait to stay with you again!!

The location couldn't have been better (steps from the white sand and a 1-2 minute walk from the beach pool).
