CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases of the project expected to be louder than others.
POOL CLOSURE
The property's 40-year-old pool will be completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase of construction. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
BEACH ACCESS
The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE
On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
PARKING
Parking restrictions are expected during portions of the project. Additional information will be provided as specific restrictions and timelines are confirmed.

We had the best time on our trip and this condo made it seamless and relaxing. The location is perfect, the views are stunning, and the unit is stocked with plenty of dishes, linens, etc. My only complaint is that the master bedroom ceiling fan needs replaced. It squeaks when it’s on and the installment isn’t secure anymore. We would stay again!

The view is amazing loved the condo the beach is public so it was very crowded so if you’re a beach lover be prepared to get up by 7 or so to get your spot there was a problem with the door codes not working several times staff was helpful though

We had a great week. Condo was very clean and updated nicely. Our only issue was with the door access code only worked about half the time. We got a key from the front desk so it was not a big issue, but the door access keypad may need to be replaced. Will definitely stay again.

There were some disappointments: 1)advertised a workout facility, but when we arrived it was under renovation. 2) bathrooms need some deep cleaning (mold present in shower, only one hair dryer was clean enough to use) 3) area rug in living area was in need of cleaning.
On the positive side, access to the unit was wonderful! No need to use the elevator.
