About this house rental
Your holiday rental is arranged over three levels. - Ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, WC. First floor: a bathroom with shower and WC, two bedrooms: the first has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), the second has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm). Second floor: a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower and WC. The queen-size and king-size beds can be configured upon request as either two single beds (80x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm). - Outside: a private enclosed garden of 270 m². Parking: one private space, parking for other vehicles along the property (free). Semi-detached house. Fiber optic internet available. Lots of charm for this residence which has just undergone a beautiful renovation. Chrystelle and Olivier, the owners, have undoubtedly mastered the art of layout and decoration. The result is amazing. A good mix between authentic and contemporary. The location of the house is perfect for discovering the Rance. Sometimes river or maritime, its valley is discovered to the rhythm of the locks, the villages and typical ports which border it. For moments of relaxation, lay your towel on Cale beach (4 km). A must-see during your stay will be a visit to the medieval city of Dinan (8 km). Through its picturesque streets, its ramparts, its castle, go back in time. A desire to get some fresh air? The Emerald Coast awaits you. Visit the very chic resort of Dinard 19 km away or the corsair city of St Malo 26 km away. Don't leave without a detour to the superb site of Mont St Michel, 50 km away. House of character, tastefully restored, close to one of the most remarkable estuaries in Brittany: the Rance.

Excellent quiet rural location close to Dinan and St Malo ideal for exploring the region. A beautifully appointed traditional gite which is very well equipped, superb bathrooms with superior showers, very comfortable beds.
We do not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends and family. Hope to return one day.
