In the rare event something can’t be repaired, or an issue is truly beyond our control, we’ll explore other options — but please give us the opportunity to make things right first. Your comfort is our priority!
Please be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from causing loud noise after 10 PM, and not before 8 AM. The police can issue fines up to $1000 for excessive noise.
No unauthorized parties allowed.
Please rinse off before entering the jacuzzi. We have put a cold shower right next to the spa. This is especially important if you have been to the beach. Sand from your swimming suits will get into the pump and can cause damage.
No more than 5 people allowed in the jacuzzi at a time!
Please re-cover the jacuzzi when not in use.
Failure to not take care of the jacuzzi will result in additional charges after checkout.

Nathan was GREAT. The Area had A water issue, but that didn’t stop the host for making sure we were comfortable! Thank You So much for the hospitality. The area was near a lot of activities and restaurants! Very Clean home. Thank you again.

The house was as described in a very safe area. The walkability was awesome and close enough to the beach and other local areas to eat. 5 Stars and even more if I could.

Grandparents, parents, 4 grandkids and 2 of their friends went for a family celebration for our granddaughters granduation. We had an amazing time - plenty of sleeping arrangements, hang-out areas and very well stocked. Safe and convenient area for them to walk, eat and go explore. The only improvement could be A/C in kitchen/dining area. Other than that the place is perfect for large families.
