Enjoy our beautiful 2 beds 1.5 bath on first floor apartment located in the desirable South Utica, prime location, great-for a walk and close to shops, restaurants and mayor Universities like Utica and MVCC colleges, 5 mins from downtown Utica, 7 mins from train station, 8 minutes from Wynn hospital and 40 mins from Syracuse airport, sleeping very confortable 5 people with plenty of space to gather with family and friends including an inspiring fully equipped kitchen and lovely front porch to enjoy the fresh air this beautiful city offer.

I and my friend thoroughly loved our stay in Utica and this charming place was a huge part of a terrific weekend. We spent lots of time wandering the beautiful neighborhood and sitting on the front porch. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The living room was just stunning, with lots of natural light and comfortable couches. Communication with the host was terrific through the whole process, starting with pre-booking queries and up to and upon arrival, pertinent information alerts. In short, it was perfect. I'm a long-time VRBOer and have stayed in countless places all over the country - this one is definitely one of the nicest. We truly enjoyed exploring Utica and hope to come back again.

We did no cooking but the place was well stocked to do so. Comfortable and wonderful for a family for a graduation or hockey event. Very fair price!
