The Space: A spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo, perfect for families or pair of couples! Enjoy morning coffee seated on the front verandah with views of the ocean. This fully equipped unit comes with everything you need to relax and unwind, including comfy beds, linens, bath and beach towels, full kitchen and dining area, a 52" HDTV with Fire TV for your entertainment needs, and a shared 'free' laundry facility. There are also beach chairs and a sun umbrella for your days spent by the sea! (Even a few fun beach toys for the kiddos that have been left behind). The primary room (lower level) has a comfy King size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom (upper level) has 2 Double Beds. There is also another full bathroom upstairs. Guest Access: The small complex (only 7 units) has a shared laundry facility (recently remodeled and looks like it belongs in a home magazine!) There is a coal BBQ to enjoy on the back balcony furnished for outdoor dining. There is also a Kayak for guests use, and a cute little hangout space out back of the property for guests to mingle. You will feel right at home in this friendly little complex. The Neighborhood: West Bay is a charming neighborhood, that is literally less than 10 minutes from the very popular touristy area of Seven Mile Beach. West Bay beach is the most northern part of Seven Mile Beach, just 25 steps across the street from the property! You're a short drive to the Cayman Turtle Center, Dolphin Swim, and other attractions in West Bay! Cemetery beach is just down the road and has some of the best snorkeling on island. There are dive companies that you can arrange to pick you up right from the West Bay Dock. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bank and pharmacy, this apartment is in the perfect location. Getting Around: Hiring a car is recommended if you want to explore the island and visit all the sites and beaches. There is free parking available onsite. However, most things are within walking distance, or take the local bus route, which will stop right in front of the property when you wave them down, only costs $2/person to town. You can also rent bicycles or scooters all over the place that you can hop on and off for fee when you use their app. Taxis are also available, but they can be a bit expensive. Other Things to Note: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo. No parties or pets allowed insdie the condo.
