The property has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeping 18+8 people: 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with two bunks bed sets each (sleeping 4 people each). For an additional amount, folding divan beds / sofa beds are provided for the +8 guests. The communal areas are spacious and comfortable with a kitchen, living and dining room, fully equipped and stylishly furnished. A games room is also available with a pool table, ping-pong and table football providing endless entertainment on long summer days. Enhancing safety and security around the villa are outdoor lighting, energy saving electrical systems, top of the range air-conditioning units, large double-glazed windows and patio doors allowing for maximum daylight indoors. Outside, the property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the main entrance area and an automated gate for the entry of vehicles. The private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the rear of the property, surrounded by sunny terraces, grassy areas and 2 fantastic XL Jacuzzis (available as optional extras). The changeover day for this property is on Sunday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
