Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Nice location. A free trolley stops there. Kitchen was newly remodeled. It could really use some basic amenities. I mean, not even salt & pepperCheck-in 4PM. Checkout 10AM and they mean 10AM. Overheard one of the workers 'call 5D they are STILL not checked out' at 10:04AM :)

Beach view was obstructed from this suite. It was cool but wanted a better view. The house cleanliness was ok but I think it could have been better. We had a leak on day two from ac they came and corrected it quickly. Parking is safe and was secured by security officer. Overall stay was good for money and was on the strip close to things we wanted to check out and not far from our events

Place looked beautiful but underfurnished. I had to purchase filters before learning that the coffe maker was broken! The place came with absolutely NO SUPPLIES, not even dish soap and dish towels. Most annoying of all, most of the outlets were so poorly installed that they didn't hold plugs, even for lamps, which flickered.
