Bring your whole group to this completely renovated second story apartment with 3 bedrooms, gorgeous bathroom with full kitchen, laundry and living room. Super convenient centrally located & quiet neighborhood, just 3 blocks from Aggieville, 1 block to City Park and .5mile to KSU Campus. Easy access to everything else MHK offers too.

All the comforts of home, the unit is the second story of a duplex home. Completely separate entrance. Comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 total bedrooms with 2 Queen & 2 Twin beds. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microhood, dishwasher & all in one washer/dryer.

Large front family room has lots of windows, television and dining or game table or relax on covered front porch.

It was so clean and thoroughly suprised at how well everything was stocked and ready. Location is superior, great walking distance to do stuff, for kids AND us adults. Neighbors were welcoming. Super easy check in snd out process. 10/10 will recommend!
