It was clean, nice and central.
The hot water is on a timed system so if you plan your bath much later, it could be outside of the planned times. But that’s a cost saving thing and in this country it makes sense

The location was great (super close to Gardens centre) and had great views of the mountain.
The property was filthy when I arrived. There was hair and dust all over the floor, on the bed, in the bathroom. Inside the kitchen drawers and cupboards was filthy as well. I had to sweep and wipe down the apartment for over an hour before settling in. I reached out to the host and suggested very kindly that maybe for the future a different cleaning provider should be used because the apartment was so dirty (I had seen this in previous reviews) - and the response was that the cleaning service had good and bad cleaners. This was a very disappointing response and no effort or concern was made to check on the property between cleanings or show any concern for the cleanliness of a home guests are supposed to stay in. I wish I had taken more pictures to show more of the filth but overall a shame because the property is in a great location and has great protection. Ultimately I was very disappointed with the handling of the cleaning of the property and until active effort is made to resolve this constant issue - I would not recommend staying.
