The place is conveniently located in front of a beach. Nobody really uses that beach for sunbathing or swimming as there are always tons of boats in front, but is convenient for departure to scuba diving trips. The staff was very nice.
There was supposed to be a pool, but it was dirty, seemingly closed without any saying so. The rooms were super basic. Mattress was very springy and when one moves the whole bed moves a lot which woke me frequently.
