Bad experience

I do not recommend this place. The main issue is that it is listed as a 4-star property on Booking.com, which led me to believe I was booking a hotel or at least a serviced apartment. However, after arriving, I discovered that it was just an old apartment in an old residential building, which was completely different from my expectations. As soon as I realized this, I asked to cancel my reservation, but my request was refused. To make matters worse, the staff spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner, making the whole experience even more disappointing. The listing is misleading, and I believe it gives guests the wrong impression about the type of accommodation they are booking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
