1. Communication with host - fast and helpful.
2. Location - it was quite easy to find even with unstable GPS on my phone.
3. Facility - toilet and bathroom - everything is renewed, clean and working, bed is new and bedsheets were very clean.
My stay was too short to figure it out)))

All of us (3 women) liked the idea behind the apartmant. It was cute, vintage, artistic. BEAUTIFUL IDEA and nice location. And the balcony was chef's kiss.
Again, the idea behind it is very cute, but not what the hosts offer.
Maybe we have high expectations since all 3 of us rent apartments in our hometown. Or maybe because all 3 of us have worked as housekeepers, but if you rent an apartment to PEOPLE who PAY you, there should be a BASIC RESPECT for them, at least.
First of all — the communication was almost non-existent. We waited in front of the apartment for some time before the host decided to answer us about how to get the keys. And BTW, that lock should have been changed a long time ago!
Then there was no WI-FI (there was a Wi-Fi network, but the host didn't provide us with the password, even though I tried to write in Slovak just to make it easier for them), so I had to pay extra money for internet because I needed it for work.
I love the idea of everything being old in the apartment, but for some reason, 100 years ago, when FRIDA KAHLO herself came to this place in Bratislava as a young girl, she brought the pillows she inherited from her great-grandmother, and the pillows ARE STILL THERE!!!
Jokes aside, the pillows were thinner than my nerves, but the beds were even worse. The sofa that I slept on was broken. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there, let alone a human being (it's a good thing I don't have a dog, otherwise I wouldn't know what to do).
I even checked how much sofas cost in Bratislava — there are some for around 200 euros. USE OUR MONEY AND BUY A NEW SOFA, PLEASE!!! And a chair, and pillows — I went to PEPCO, they are very cheap. No excuses.
