Lovely property, just right for us.
We were aged 3-81 and even though it was a little walk to the centre of the park, it worked for us.

Location, the bed comfy, the onsite amenities. Close to beach
Only a visual, the decking needs jet washing had to clean the table out side on arrival to sit out and the radiator in bathroom 1 needs painting other than that fabulous stay and relaxing stay

The location was perfect for us.
The cleanliness was awful. We had to clean the kitchen and there were flies everywhere that we had to use a lot of fly spray to get them out of the property. We understand the snugness of a caravan, we have done it for many past years. We also understand the importance of storage so we can actually move in a small space. Unfortunately every cupboard in the bedrooms were FULL of spare duvets/pillows/hoovers/DIRTY WASHING AND UNDERWEAR! Fortunately two of our party didn't arrive so we actually managed to use the 3rd room to put it all in. We also had to take off the ill fitting electric blankets so we could actually sleep without being bothered by uncomfortable plugs underneath us.
