الشقه تم استلامها نظيفه وموقعها حلو بعيده عن الشارع الرئيسي وازعاجه

صوت ماتور المي مزعج عند النوم اذا في بواقي اكل علي المجلى يطلع نمل يرجى ايجاد حل بموضوع الماتور والنمل سهل حله

موظفة خدمة العملاء التي تحدثت اليها في المرة الاولى قامت بالكذب * تضارب المعلومات حول التنظيف؛ حيث تم إبلاغي بوجود عمال

أكثر ما أعجبني في المكان هو موقعه المميز وقربه من جميع المرافق والمطاعم والأماكن الحيوية، مما يجعل الوصول إلى كل شيء سهلاً ومريحاً. كما أن المرافق داخل الشقة جيدة، والأسِرّة نظيفة ومريحة، والمطبخ والغسالة وجميع التجهيزات المتوفرة كانت بحالة جيدة. بشكل عام، المكان جيد من حيث الموقع والنظافة والمرافق، لكن أتمنى من إدارة الشقة تحديث معلومات تسجيل الدخول على صفحة الحجز بشكل دقيق، حتى تكون المعلومات واضحة ومتطابقة مع الإجراءات الفعلية، خصوصاً للضيوف القادمين من خارج المدينة أو بعد رحلة سفر طويلة

أبرز الأمور التي لم تعجبني في مكان الإقامة: * عدم الالتزام بموعد تسجيل الوصول المعلن على Booking.com، واضطراري للانتظار عدة ساعات قبل دخول الشقة. * ضعف التواصل وبطء الاستجابة للرسائل والاتصالات، رغم أنني أوضحت مسبقًا الظروف الصحية لوالدتي. * عدم مراعاة حالة والدتي الصحية، وعدم السماح لنا بالدخول أو توفير مكان بديل للراحة والانتظار. * تضارب المعلومات حول التنظيف؛ حيث تم إبلاغي بوجود عمال تنظيف، ثم تبين عند وصولي عدم وجودهم، وتغيرت الرواية لاحقًا. * عدم جاهزية ونظافة الشقة بالمستوى المتوقع رغم الانتظار لفترة طويلة بحجة التنظيف. * عدم التعامل مع المشكلة بطريقة مهنية ومحاولة تحميل المسؤولية لي كعميلة. بشكل عام، كانت تجربتي مع مكان الإقامة غير مرضية ومخيبة للآمال، بسبب التأخير في الدخول، وضعف التواصل، وطول فترة الانتظار، وعدم مراعاة الظروف الصحية لوالدتي، وتضارب المعلومات المتعلقة بالتنظيف، إضافة إلى عدم جاهزية ونظافة الشقة بالمستوى المتوقع. كما أن هذه الرحلة لم تكن رحلة ترفيهية عادية، وإنما كانت رحلة علاجية برفقة والدتي لمدة خمسة أيام، ولذلك كان الالتزام بموعد الدخول وتوفير مكان مناسب للراحة أمرًا مهمًا جدًا بالنسبة لنا
