Everything was really smooth! We enjoyed our stay with the family here! The breakfast is super delicious, and all the service is very good from the reception to the housekeeping ! Special thanks to Mr Nadim who was all the time to help us with our questions and helped us with our luggage, as a family we find it very nice to visit places that for sure we will come back again!

The hotel is in very good location just 8 minutes from Dubai mall. The restaurant staff are very helpful and gentle. Also Special thanks to Janaka at the entrance. Genuinely helpful and always trying to help.
It was an eventful stay starting from Check in took more than 2 hours! Arrived at 1:30 am with family and room was not ready ! Had to change rooms multiple times to get the correct rooms. Reception is very hard to answer when calling from the room and not that helpful. Spoke to hotel manager after check in issues and didn’t seem to care much. Housekeeping is average and cleaning in public areas could be better. Had to chase laundry delivery at check out day multiple times till finally got it delivered.
