I booked the apartment listed on Booking but was instead provided a different apartment by the owner's choice that had a different layout. The apartment was filthy with broken sofas and carpet full of dog and cat hairs and caused severe allergies to my daughter. There were bags of clothes and dirty laundry. The owner's underwear was hidden in different spots of the apartment. Reservé el apartamento que aparecía en Booking, pero en su lugar me proporcionaron otro apartamento elegido por el dueño, con un diseño diferente. El apartamento estaba sucio, con sofás rotos y una alfombra llena de pelos de perro y gato, lo que causó severas alergias a mi hija. Había bolsas de ropa y ropa sucia. La ropa interior del dueño estaba escondida en diferentes lugares del apartamento.
