Overall a very exotic and relaxing place to spend with your family and loved ones
TONS of mosquitos (it s not their fault, the place is obviously an exotic resort/garden and i m a magnet for insect bites)
The "gym" is more of a home made equipment set up. Bench press, pull ups bar, abwheel, z bar with weights. Not bad equipment but it has no air conditioning and you won t stand thermal stress for long.
SOWOTOUM or Israel Park isn't exactly a central location but that depends what you can make of it. Locals sell groceries at half the prices you would get it in large malls like Shoprite or Melcom. If you know your way around african local markets or have a local friend like i did you won't risk getting scammed for being a clueless tourist. The area is more of a village than an urban setting so that depends on you if you like it.
I ve been staying for 2 weeks and i can say the hood is safe. People are working jobs and minding their bussiness but if you re looking for clubs and or other urban settings call in an uber or rent a car...

The staff, Enoch and Daniel were extremely helpful and friendly.
The food is really good.
The check in time of 3pm is rather dishonest. I got there in the morning. I was told to pay an extra fee to access the room. Immediately I did, I was allowed into the room. Which means it was empty. I felt scammed.
