La cabaña de dos pisos es preciosa, las vistas son espectaculares y tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de un amanecer increíble con el volcán de fondo.
Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la tranquilidad y esa sensación de estar en un auténtico retiro.
Mención muy especial a Galuh. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos un inconveniente completamente ajeno al hotel y, aun así, Galuh se ofreció desde el primer momento a ayudarnos en todo lo que pudiera. Se involucró personalmente, nos ayudó a solucionar el problema y estuvo pendiente de nosotros y preocupándose por la situación hasta que finalmente quedó resuelta. Su amabilidad, disposición y preocupación por nosotros fueron realmente excepcionales y es algo que valoramos muchísimo.
Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia y nos llevamos un recuerdo para toda la vida.
Los sonidos de la naturaleza forman parte de la experiencia y, aunque hay que asumirlos al estar en plena jungla, a nosotros no nos han molestado en absoluto.

Ubud’da gezeceğimiz her yere yakındı. Doğanın içindeydi
Hava çok soğukken klimayı açtık ama ısıtıcısı çalışmadı. Çok üşüdük hasta olacağımızı sandık. Yağmurdan kaçıp buraya sığınmıştık. Sabaha kadar ısınırız demiştik ama maalesef hiç ısınamadık. Tuvaletin temizliği konusunda da emin olamadım. Kahve yapmak için bardağı kullandım ve içerisinden kıl çıktı. Kılın bizden olmadığına eminim. Gittiğimizde bizi karşılayan bir personel de yoktu
