The most comfiest bed and pillows, nice selection of different types of tea and biscuits in the room. Gorgeous decor. Very cozy and comfortable in the loft room, had everything we could possibly need. Rose cottage is a beautiful property, so welcoming and calm with so many lovely touches and Angie Rose is the best host, super helpful and kind, and lovely to chat with. The location is perfect. So close to a lovely park to walk my dog and near to all the shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect!

The room was clean, well-equipped and secluded. The host was friendly and informative. And if you want to be near to the epicentre of Rayleigh, you’re within walking distance (you can leave your car at the premises).

No complaints.

The room was fantastic, spacious, immaculately clean, the host was so welcoming from meeting me on her drive when I arrived. Very easy keyless access to the property once shown how the door worked.

Nothing, everything from arriving until leaving was exceptional.
