The ambiance, the location, the breakfast selection was brilliant and the rooms are absolutely fantastic.
I love the hotel and will definitely be back. The Canteen Manager (sorry i don't remember his name) was so professional and really nice. I had a bit of mix up with the breakfast for my friend and he was so professional and very pleasant at sorting it out.
I liked everything about it except that i thought more attention needs to be paid to every little details. The ceiling in my room seemed like it was uneven and there was a bit of stain and loose tiles. I think with that, things should be fixed as soon as they're spotted and not left till they completely fall apart especially for the standard of the hotel and what is being charged.

The view from my room. Even though I had to plead with them to get me a room with a good view. The spaciousness of the rooms and the view were both amazing. The ample parking space is also a plus. I also like the neatness of the lobby and pool area.
The beds were very bad. The spring of the mattress seems to have been worn. The TV never worked throughout my stay. They brought a technician the 1st night but he said he would have to swap it out. The size of the room and the teeny TV do not match. They also do not give you a lot of toiletries which I found odd. So take your toiletries with you.
