Kitchen, living room with dining area, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower are located on the first floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The private swimming pool is 28 m2. The area surrounding the swimming pool extends to 1000 m2 and is equipped with 10 sun loungers and 3 parasols. The garden also includes a barbecue area with a dining table where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family or friends. A basketball hoop and a table tennis table complete the offer. The villa offers a small gym and a saunarium, as well as a whirlpool. There is also a lounge with a pool table, table football and TV. Villa Krase is fully air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet. There is ample parking space at your disposal.

Home-made Istrian prosciutto (prsut), Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the many culinary delights that Istria offers for a true experience of Mediterranean homemade delicacies.
