Two elegantly furnished bedrooms with TV provide well-deserved rest and right next to them, there are also two modern bathrooms. The carefully designed interior of this villa extends throughout the house and stands out in particular due to the open-plan layout of the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The fireplace in the dining room is available for heating on colder days, but also for enjoying a special atmosphere otherwise. The brightness and freshness of the living room is ensured by a glass door that provides direct access to the courtyard from the living room.
So enjoy sunny mornings with coffee in hand on the garden furniture in the courtyard. When the weather is nice, the courtyard also offers other opportunities to spend time outdoors. Puntera is a quiet place in the municipality of Barban in the continental part of Istria. Due to its location, Puntera offers you many opportunities for various activities. With a short drive you can visit Rovinj with its charming, colourful houses or the remains of the Roman era in Pula. In this area you will find many characteristic Istrian villages and beaches are located along the coastal towns nearby. Nature lovers can visit the Raa river valley and the place where it flows into the Adriatic Sea just below Puntera. Awaken your thirst for adventure on a kayak safari or on the cycling and hiking trails. For horse lovers, there is also the option of riding on mountain trails and swimming with horses.
