The modern and elegant Villa LV offers a relaxing holiday for up to 8 guests, just a short drive from Umag and Novigrad and their beautiful beaches.
Surrounded by a green garden, this beautiful villa has a lovely, spacious indoor and outdoor pool. The pool has an area of 75 m², of which 21 m² is an indoor pool. This makes the villa ideal for year-round rental. The outdoor area invites you to relax, enjoy the hot Istrian sun and dine al fresco. The villa has a tavern with a fireplace and dining table for 8 guests. The tavern is ideal for cosy evenings on cooler days.
On the ground floor of this stylish villa there is an indoor pool, a sauna, a room with fitness equipment, a wine cellar, an entertainment room, a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with dining area. Upstairs there are four comfortable bedrooms, each with four bathrooms. On the same floor there is a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi and a view of olive groves and a park. Villa LV is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi and private parking for 8 cars. It is close to the beach and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Villa LV is located in the small village of Fiorini, between the popular coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad. Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in its pretty cobbled streets. Every July the ATP Croatia Open is held here, featuring many of the biggest names in men's tennis. The award-winning Istralandia water park is also close by, ideal for a fun day in the sun with the whole family. The magical countryside of central Istria, famous for its enchanting medieval hilltop towns and gastronomic delights, is easily accessible along excellent roads. Although Novigrad is a popular tourist destination, it still retains its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quiet Mediterranean fishing village.
The pool can be heated for an extra charge and by arrangement with the owner.
