The beautiful Villa Casa Travertina is located near the town of Tinjan in central Istria, overlooking the unspoiled nature of the Lim Valley. This spacious villa is an ideal destination for a relaxing vacation on the Istrian peninsula. Villa Casa Travertina can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The interior of the villa conveys a playful elegance resulting from the interplay of warm colors, carefully selected artwork and a sense of spaciousness. The first floor consists of a sauna, a gym, a bathroom, a billiard room, a beautiful living room with a dining area, a minibar, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends, and a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. The interior of the house opens up to a large front porch that houses the outdoor dining and barbecue area, a living area and a luxurious 7-person Jacuzzi with adjoining sun terrace surrounding the saltwater pool. The ambience is enriched by a large garden where various species of trees and some typical Mediterranean herbs grow.
