If you’re looking for breathtaking views, Villa Amelie is the perfect holiday retreat for you. In true Istrian style, this charming villa is beautifully situated on a hillside and offers fabulous, unobstructed views across the picturesque rolling countryside, with the sparkling Adriatic Sea and the idyllic Kvarner Islands on the horizon. On the spacious, open-plan ground floor, an elegant living room adjoins a cosy dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, where you can feel free to try your hand at preparing some of the regional recipes. A lovely fireplace, plush sofas and natural colours create a cosy atmosphere, whilst the large flat-screen TV with a stereo system and PlayStation provides entertainment for the whole family. Huge panoramic windows let in plenty of natural light and emphasise the endless nature of the view. They open onto a large veranda featuring an inviting lounge area, as well as a further dining area with a built-in barbecue for your enjoyable al fresco meals. The stunning infinity pool is designed in such a way that its edge simply disappears into a spectacular backdrop, offering the ultimate panoramic view. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, are spread across the upper floor, which leads onto a spacious terrace where you can wake up every morning to a breathtaking view. There are plenty of facilities for your little ones, from a cot and high chair to their very own outdoor play area, whilst table tennis, table football and darts add to the family-friendly atmosphere. After a long day of authentic cultural experiences and swimming in the crystal-clear sea, what a place to enjoy the violet-hued sunsets with the silhouette of Labin on the horizon.Thanks to its superb location, the delightful Villa Amelie enjoys one of the most beautiful views of the medieval town of Labin. Perched on a hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative centre of Eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers, with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding alleyways of the old town feature well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town boasts some excellent seafood restaurants serving delicious local produce, as well as cosy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal resort of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village and now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by a variety of stunning pebble beaches.
