Villa Del Sole
Situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a peaceful oak forest yet within easy reach of the charming historic centre of Pula, Villa Del Sole offers a relaxing base from which to explore all the sights this beautiful region has to offer. All the necessary amenities are just a few minutes’ walk away, and some of Istria’s most beautiful beaches are only a few kilometres away. Inside, the property is divided into two separate single-storey units. The main house features an open-plan kitchen and dining area. This leads out onto the lovely terrace with a further dining and lounge area, where you can enjoy lazy afternoons in the shade. There is also a cosy living room with direct access to the pool and garden, as well as two bedrooms – one double and one twin – and a bathroom. The self-contained studio flat is situated right next to the pool and features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, a small kitchen with a dining area, and an en-suite bathroom.
A beautiful, fenced garden surrounds the house and the inviting private pool, offering plenty of natural shade. There, you can enjoy the wonderful climate whilst watching the little ones play in their own playground. Pula is the tourist hub of Istria, both in cultural and traditional terms and because of its beautiful natural landscape. The city enjoyed its heyday during the Roman era, which left numerous traces, most notably the famous amphitheatre. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into the control centre of the Adriatic, and over the centuries its harbour became the most important in the region. Pula offers a wide range of leisure activities, including sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, as well as organised tours. The city has two passenger ports, both of great importance for cruise tourism. Today, Pula is a holiday resort where you can relax – on the beautiful coastline by the crystal-clear sea, steeped in a history-rich past. Unspoilt forests, stunning beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this a magnet for beach holidaymakers. Everywhere you look, you can enjoy the unique natural surroundings. The breathtakingly beautiful Cape Kamenjak Nature Reserve, as well as the world-famous Brijuni Islands with their unique flora and fauna, create an exotic oasis in the northern Mediterranean region.
