Villa Ziganto
The beautiful Villa Ziganto, with its private pool and stunning sea views, is situated near Opatija. It can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which simply invites you to show off your culinary skills and prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. The dining area is also directly connected to the light-filled living room. The living room is perfect if you’d like to relax on the sofa with your family after a meal. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower is also located on this floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. Those who wish to relax in the indoor hot tub or sit back in one of the chairs on the upper terrace and enjoy the breathtaking view across the bay will absolutely love this floor.
One of the best features of this villa is its large terrace with a beautiful swimming pool. There you’ll also find an outdoor kitchen with a hob, gas barbecue and a covered dining area. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and then relax on one of the sun loungers.The villa is situated in the village of Poljane in Kvarner Bay, a true gem of the Adriatic. It is just 10 km from the centre of Opatija, one of Croatia’s most charming tourist hotspots, renowned for its old Austro-Hungarian charm. Within a 10 km radius, you’ll find plenty of beaches, and there’s also a marina nearby where you can hire a boat and visit the islands in the bay. Lungomare, a 12 km-long coastal path stretching from Lovran to Volosko, is very popular with tourists visiting the area. A romantic and relaxing 100-year-old walk along the shore, far from the hustle and bustle of the town, offers you the chance to unwind from stress and the worries of everyday life. Another must-see is Volosko, a former fishing village. Today, Volosko attracts tourists with its many restaurants and a wonderful view of the sea. Rijeka, Croatia’s third-largest city and its largest port, is just 20 km away.
