Villa Branko Istria is situated near Svetvincenat in the village of Pusti. The villa accommodates eight people in four bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday.
Set within a spacious, fenced garden of 7,000 m², there is a private swimming pool surrounded by lavender, making it the perfect place to relax. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower by the pool. The garden also features a badminton court, table tennis, football goals and a children’s play area. There is also a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue for preparing delicious meals.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room, a study/children’s room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. The small, picturesque village of Pusti lies just one kilometre from the ancient medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most prominent town in the southern part of Central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with Morosini/Grimani Castle, the Renaissance square, the hospitality of the locals, and a wide selection of traditional Istrian cuisine, wines and extra virgin olive oils.
Well-preserved Roman architecture, unspoilt nature, and historical and cultural heritage form a significant part of Istria’s heritage and are easily accessible via a scenic drive of 5–30 minutes. You’ll feel the weight of antiquity as you explore the Roman amphitheatre in Pula, Istria’s largest city, which is 3,000 years old; whilst strolling through Poreč, a jewel of the Croatian coast, famous for the Euphrasian Basilica. Rovinj – the pearl of Istria and the most photogenic town in the Mediterranean – will enchant you with its beauty; it is a town of art, home to the imposing Church of St Euphemia. We definitely recommend a visit to the Brijuni Archipelago, Croatia’s most famous national park, featuring a safari park and an 18-hole golf course.
