This authentically restored stone villa is just a few minutes from the Adriatic Sea and yet feels like a world apart. Here, genuine luxury and living history come together harmoniously. The centrepiece of the house is an impressive original fireplace, embedded in a vaulted stone niche. Throughout the house, original stone walls, wooden floors and terracotta tiles have been preserved and combined with carefully selected furniture and lighting concepts. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto spacious living and dining areas designed for long evenings together. The villa's two balconies each offer their own perspective: the upper terrace offers sweeping views across the Adriatic to the open sea.
Step out onto the covered terrace or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Afterwards, sun loungers, a Bali daybed, a large dining table and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen ensure a carefree holiday. Evenings here will stretch late into the night.
Linjan is located in the relaxed south of Istria, one of the best-kept secrets of the Adriatic. Quieter and more unspoilt than the north, but at the same time well connected to the Roman amphitheatre in Pula, the sandy beaches of the island of Levan and excellent fish restaurants.
