This elegant villa, situated near Poreč, comprises four light-filled bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, and is the ideal holiday accommodation for up to eight people. The sun loungers beside the spacious private pool are just waiting for you to relax and simply soak up the sun. Just a few steps from the pool is a lovely outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your barbecues. The interior of the villa is stylishly furnished, very bright and airy. The ground floor comprises one of the four bedrooms, a separate bathroom and an open-plan space divided into a fully equipped kitchen and the dining and living areas. The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper floor, where you’ll also find a cosy balcony – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee whilst gazing out at the pool, surrounded by palm trees.Villa Cvita Domenica is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the nearest restaurant, bar and supermarket, and a few kilometres from the old town of Poreč – the area’s tourist hotspot with all its sporting facilities and dining and entertainment options. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal town. The sunsets in Poreč are also well worth seeing. The nearest beach is approximately 10 km from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, there are many different beaches to explore. The inland area of this part of Istria offers numerous walking and cycling trails, as well as plenty of opportunities to discover Istria’s small towns and their cultural and culinary specialities.
