Villa Cvita Domenica
This elegant villa, located near Porec, consists of four light-flooded bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom, and is the ideal vacation accommodation for up to 8 people. The sun loungers next to the spacious private pool are just waiting for you to relax and soak up the sun. Just a few steps from the pool, there is a lovely outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your barbecue meals. The interior of the villa is stylishly furnished, very bright and airy. The first floor consists of one of the four bedrooms, a separate bathroom and an open plan space divided into a fully equipped kitchen and the dining and living area. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, where you will also find a cozy balcony - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while gazing at the pool surrounded by palm trees. The location of Villa Cvita Domenica is perfect, as it is just a short walk away from the nearest restaurant, bar and supermarket, and a few kilometers from the old town of Porec - the tourist hotspot of the area with all its sports facilities and gastronomic and entertainment amenities. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal town. Sunsets in Porec are also worth seeing. The nearest beach is about 10 km from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, you have many different beaches to discover. The inland of this part of Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails as well as many opportunities to discover the small towns of Istria and their cultural and gastronomic specialties.
