The fantastic Villa Plivov on the island of Ugljan can turn this dream into reality for your group. As well as its attractive private pool with sea views, this villa offers direct access to the sea.
It’s entirely up to you whether you start the morning with a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear sea or in the attractive private pool! Let the sun dry you off whilst you relax on a comfortable sun lounger and enjoy the spectacular sea view. The beautiful terrace at Villa Plivov features a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, which is perfect for summer breakfasts with your loved ones. Here you’ll also find an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet. If you’re in the mood for an adrenaline rush, a rubber kayak is at your disposal.
With a total of four bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people. The villa’s stylish interior is characterised by modern furniture, wooden beams and the rustic charm of a stone house. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are three charming double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa has two balconies. A cook’s service is available on request at an additional cost. The villa is situated in Sutomišćica, a small village on the island of Ugljan. There are daily ferry services from Zadar to the island of Ugljan, specifically to the harbour in the village of Preko. Zadar is an ancient city well worth visiting, rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock once said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset – don’t miss it! The old town boasts monuments dating from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Today, Zadar is famous for the Sea Organ and the light installation ‘Pozdrav suncu’ (Greeting to the Sun). The island boasts pine forests, sandy and pebble beaches, and the crystal-clear blue Adriatic Sea. Ugljan is the perfect base for day trips to the Telašćica and Kornati National Parks. If you’re more interested in an active holiday, you’ll find hiking and cycling trails here.
