We were two adults and two small kids, so the main advantage of this apartment is the location. You can quite easily reach other spot from there. Also, the neighborhood looks new and upper class. People are friendly, one security guy, no homeless people.
The apartment is on the 13th floor with a beautiful view. Soundproofing is quite good.
As a lot of people said in other reviews, the worst part is amenities. For example, we were staying for 8 night and there were only two dishwasher tablets, no table cloth, no dish soup, no laundry detergent, limited cutlery, etc. There was only one piece of soup, the size of 2 euros (keep in mind that this was for 8 nights, for 4 people). Also, there were 2 travel size shampoo bottles and 2 travel size body wash.
The apartment is most suitable for two adults. There were no table and the bar has only two chairs. In the bathroom there is no step for the kids.

We had malfunctioning shower head and after complaining about, staff didn’t fix it
