I loved the location and the size of the room.
The shower needs rethinking. Most of the water simply run into the bath. It needs a detachable shower head or remodeling.

Was in a great location. Fit out of the actual suite was nice.
The first room we went into smelt of sewer. When we advised the reception we then had to wait for them to find us a room which took about an hour. So in this time we went for a walk around the city. When we arrived back at the hotel and to enter our new room our bags were not placed in the new room. We then had to go back to reception to get the old room key to move our bags into the new room. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the receptionist to get the room keys as she was busy and was the only staff member working. We were nearly late for our dinner reservation. It was a total debacle that could have been avoided with better customer service. Oh and they also made me WALK to their sister hotel to pay for my own parking because their eftpos machine wasn't working!! I have never written a bad review before but i had to share this because it was a terrible experience.
