Clean, comfortable, and easily accessible.
There aren't enough bathrooms, the storage lockers are way too small, and it's difficult to climb up to the upper capsule.

日本国籍、および外国籍問わずしっかりとしたフロントでの案内でスタッフも非常に感じがよくスタッフも軟派な雰囲気はなくとても素晴らしい。
あくまでも日本であるというスタンスで日本らしい清潔感のあるサービス、そしてルールが設けられていて一緒に相部屋になったヨーロッパからのバックパッカーとホテル外で会った際、ある意味日本らしい清潔さやルールにとても良い体験だと言っていた。
特になし。荷物置き場とパックアップするスペースが設けられているとより快適かもしれませんね。
このまま良いところを続けてほしい。
海外からのお客様に合わせるのではなく日本らしい衛生的なところから清潔な施設、ルールで運営していくところに海外からのお客様は体験の価値を感じると思います👍
そして日本人のお客様も自国でのサービスであることにとても満足すると思います。
そしてそれはこのホステルのバリューになると思います。
多くの国でホステルを経験しましたが、日本のホステルはやはりサービス面で素晴らしいと感じます。従業員の方も誇りを持って働いてほしいです👍素晴らしい。

値段の安さと清潔であったこと
ドミトリーの部屋が、向かい側にもあって狭いなと思った
下のベッドでしたが、上のベッドの人のスーツケースを部屋の前に置かれて嫌でした
