Απογοητευτική Διαμονή – Δε Συνιστάται
Πληρώσαμε πάνω από 400€ για μία διανυκτέρευση σε ένα σπίτι έξω από τα Καλάβρυτα και, δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική. Το κατάλυμα έδειχνε εγκαταλελειμμένο και κακώς συντηρημένο. Με την άφιξή μας, βρήκαμε βρωμιά, αράχνες και τρίχες στο πάτωμα, στα σεντόνια, στη μπανιέρα — ακόμη και στο συρτάρι με τα κουζινικά.
Παρότι η διαχειρίστρια του σπιτιού ήταν διαθέσιμη τηλεφωνικά και μας διαβεβαίωνε επανειλημμένα ότι η καθαρίστρια είχε αφιερώσει όλο το πρωί για να προετοιμάσει το σπίτι, η πραγματικότητα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετική. Όταν ζητήσαμε να έρθει να καθαρίσει, η καθαρίστρια εμφανίστηκε εμφανώς έκπληκτη και μας ενημέρωσε ότι ουδέποτε είχε λάβει τέτοια εντολή και ότι είχε να επισκεφτεί το σπίτι αρκετές ημέρες. Αυτό επιβεβαιώθηκε και από το γεγονός ότι τα χριστουγεννιάτικα στολίδια ήταν ακόμη τοποθετημένα.
Μετά από περίπου δύο ώρες, κατάφερε να αλλάξει τα σεντόνια και προσπάθησε να περάσει το σπίτι με ηλεκτρική σκούπα, όμως κάθε φορά που το επιχειρούσε, έπεφτε ο κεντρικός διακόπτης ρεύματος, και στο τέλος η σκούπα χάλασε — πιθανότατα λόγω μακράς αχρηστίας.
Επιπλέον, βασικές παροχές έλειπαν:
• δεν υπήρχε χαρτί κουζίνας,
• δεν υπήρχαν σαμπουάν ή προϊόντα περιποίησης,
• δεν υπήρχαν καθαριστικά,
• υπήρχε μόνο μια μικρή ποσότητα ξύλων για το τζάκι.
Όταν ζητήσαμε επιστροφή χρημάτων λόγω της κατάστασης του ακινήτου, η μόνη «αποζημίωση» που μας προσφέρθηκε από τη διαχειρίστρια ήταν μια μελλοντική διαμονή στο ίδιο σπίτι — κάτι που ήταν απολύτως ακατάλληλο με βάση όσα είχαμε ήδη βιώσει. Η επιστροφή χρημάτων αρνήθηκε, παρά τα εμφανή προβλήματα.
Ο μοναδικός λόγος που παραμείναμε στο κατάλυμα ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμο άλλο μέρος για διανυκτέρευση στην περιοχή εκείνο το βράδυ. Αναγκαστήκαμε μάλιστα να πάμε στο κοντινότερο σούπερ μάρκετ για να αγοράσουμε προμήθειες και να καθαρίσουμε τον χώρο μόνοι μας.
Συνολικά, ήταν μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία, πολύ κάτω από το επίπεδο που θα περίμενε κανείς για μια τόσο υψηλή τιμή.
