Location near the water, stores, restaurants, and food markets.
Restaurants located below the villa can be very noisy at night (specifically from 9pm-1am). You will need earplugs to sleep.

Location was great, in the old town. Nice to have a balcony too! Easy access to beach, restaurants etc.
Doors were all difficult to lock/open. The stairs within the actual room/apartment down to the apartment front door were very dangerous and need to have a gate or some safety measure. Even with an adult family we had to fashion something to prevent someone falling down them from the lounge area in the day/night with the limited space.
Key drop off and collection was in a different area, which we didn’t realise and meant an uneasy, poorly lit, walk for the family at 5am on the day of departure (not an issue if leaving during the daytime to be fair). Nice apartment but definitely not big enough for a family of 5 or 6. Four is ideal and would be comfortable.

Veldig fint plassert i gamlebyen og samtidig nær stranden.
Mange trapper for å komme seg opp i leiligheten som ligger i 4. etg.
