comfy and clean. the location is really good, with a good selection of malls restaurants and bars within walking distance. you can basically walk around to all important landmarks in warsaw, 30min max, we managed it with a stroller and the accompanying toddler, and enjoyed it all the way.
for people born outside the warsaw pact, i guess its also a pro to experience living in an authentic building from the communist times.
the space is quite tight, but reasonable and comfy for short, exploring-oriented stays.
