The house is set in the most picturesque village. It's an escape from reality, surrounded by the hills, wth a swing looking out into the distance. Indoors, the house stayed nice and cool, despite a very hot summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. There are blankets by the couch, towels, soft bedding, a little bowl of chocolates from the host... The house is a short drive away from the main town of Appenzel, but you do need a car to be able to access the house. There are also fabulous trails for walking and trekking seconds from your doorstep.

Das war wirklich ein kleines Paradies. Idyllisch gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und charmant. Wir waren restlos begeistert.

Wunderschön gelegenes, voll ausgestattetes Chalet. Der Schwedenofen in der Mitte des Wohnraumes hat zum Jahreswechsel für eine besondere Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Appenzeller Ferienkarte haben wir u.a. für Ausflüge auf die Ebenalp und Hoher Kasten genutzt.
Der sehr freundliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin hat unseren tollen Aufenthalt im ‚Kleinen Paradies‘ abgerundet.
