The house itself was tidy and clean, the only source of discomfort was having mirrors on every wall. it is about a 15-minute walk from the center. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and noise won't bother you at night. The house has a large, comfortable balcony, we spent most of the day there because it was very pleasant and peaceful, the only issue was the neighbor.
We had a rather unpleasant experience at the house, a neighbor who had spoken to us from the balcony on our first day ended up knocking on our door at 4 a.m. on our last day of vacation, he was likely not sober. The balconies are connected, allowing the neighbor to easily walk over to our side, so I would not recommend this place for a group of girls.

L’établissement est bien situé et comme sur les photos, une grande terrasse et un bâtiment bien entretenue. Nadia a été au top tout le séjour pour veiller à ce que je ne manque de rien
Rien c’est sûrement le meilleur rapport qualité prix de tout Cannes je reviendrai à l’occasion
