Great location and friendly staff, but rooms are a bit small
The location of the b sapporo is very good, and the staff were friendly. We also really enjoyed the complimentary biscuits and coffee!
Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the location and convenience, but room size and pillow availability could be improved for families.
However, the room is considered quite small. Unfortunately, on the day we stayed, the hotel ran out of extra pillows, so we only had 2 pillows to share between 2 adults and 2 kids, which was not ideal.

Good comfortable lounge with complimentary drinks and snack. Clean and great location
The curtains were not blackout and the room was very light at 3 am. Light escaped around the curtain top and bottom. I slept poorly due to the early light in the room.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it looked a little limited. We ate at a local cafe for breakfast.
Nothing, the hotel was as expected.
