Horrific, unsanitary, uninhabitable. like a horror movie with bugs crawling all over your body inclining baby while slee

Property is cute but infested withBED BUGS and staff does not care. Took me several days to figure out what was causing the bites/reaction and once I did and informed staff they claimed they treated and cleaned and expected us to continue our stay with small children. They didn’t provide updates and acted like no big deal. They waited until end of day to finally “resolve” and we have small children exhausted no place to go. We returned to property living bugs still present!. Informed them upholstered headboard was nest and they left head board with living bugs in property. Did not offer us refund and were unresponsive once they realized I was upset that I was bitten all over and (including my face). and had my trip ruined. If you are staying there and headboard is present in back room I would leave immediately or you will be bitten. DO NOT STAY HERE

Bed bug infested, bites all over my entire body ruined my stay and staff does not care. I had bites all over my entire body, th most intense itching you could experience. Bites on my face including my EYELIDS. BUGS CRAWLING ON MY FACE AND BOTING MY EYELIDS WHILE I SLEPT THERE.

Very good located in the neighbourhood of the Louvre. Hole property is very clean. Nice contact to owner.

2nd bedroom is very tight. 2nd toilet is even more tighter. The furniture is becoming a bit tired.

An amazing day can’t wait to go back

Everything about the property was amazing! The location was ideal, great walking distance to the Louvre and the metro and 1 million fun places to eat, cafés bars, restaurants. It was much bigger than we expected from the pictures and gave us plenty of room to spread out as a group of six.

We loved everything. Hope we get to go back soon.
