Ideal central Paris flat for couple or small family.

Lovely location, great part of the city with shops, restaurants, cafes and metro links on the doorstep Cosy flat, ideal for a couple, two single people or family with two kids (ours 11 and 8 shared sofa bed). WiFi good, kitchen facilities suitable for eating in & breakfast etc. Dishwasher a great little bonus. Host Leo was helpful and speedy in all communications

The lounge Tv is very big so you have to be careful not to knock it when walking past, but you get used to it and it’s not a problem. It’s a great flat.

Cosy, great location, ideal for 2 people not 3

The location was great. Close to the metro and las halles area. The apartment looks new and well equipped.

The fact that the sofa bed once opened leaves no room in the leaving area at all

Excellent central Paris accommodation at a bargain price

Bargain price for a great central location. Very secure. Correspondence with the host (Leo) was outstanding - very nice and very helpful. Thank you! Good lighting in the property, which made it nice and bright in the absence of natural light (due to it being set back and on ground floor - not a complaint!) Being on ground floor was ideal compared to a lot of other properties in central Paris. It saved having to take large luggage up stairs. Everything we needed in the kitchen was well provided for. The shower was all you need in a shower. Good hot water. (And good cold water on a hot day). And good water pressure.

It was a flat for 4 people yet there was only one fan, which really isn’t sufficient across 2 rooms. It made sleeping very uncomfortable on hot evenings. If there was just one more fan there it would make a huge difference. Short stays are fine but if there were extra towels for longer stays - we stayed for a week - then this would be a near perfect accommodation for staying in the centre of Paris.

Doskonała lokalizacja do zwiedzania Paryża, w pobliżu sklepy ze świeżymi warzywami i owocami, piekarnia, supermarket oraz metro, które było kilka kroków od mieszkania. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna, obok mieszkania bary i restauracje. Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne łózka, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem, ekspres do kawy, toster itp.

Lekki zaduch w mieszkaniu, ale po włączeniu wentylatora było ok.

Localização muito boa, perto de duas estações de metrô, cozinha nova com bons utensílios e foi fácil acessar o apartamento.

As paredes do quarto e do banheiro estavam úmidas e o quarto não tem nenhuma janela, só tem uma janela pequena na sala que dá para um pátio no térreo. Não localizei sacos de lixo extras e o lençol da cama não era suficiente para cobri-la, fazendo que nossas cabeças ficassem deitadas diretamente na cama sem o lençol. Considerei o ambiente insalubre por causa dessa umidade.
