The property was spacious and included all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of storage for the luggage and the property was clean. The host was also quick to reply regarding any queries.
Be careful if you have little kids as there is a steep staircase to get up into the property.

地點鄰近阪楐電車松田町站(較近)、地鐵天下茶屋站(較遠)，但都是走路可以到的距離。建議拖大行李的日子可以搭阪楐電車，不用拖太久就可以搭車或到達住處。阪楐電車搭到動物園前站，也可以轉地鐵或JR線(新今宮站)。
附近也有7-11，所以要買食物或日常用品，不怕沒地方買。
住處設備齊全，也可以洗衣服，有提供洗衣劑(在洗手台下方櫃子)。
The place is near the Matsudacho Station, the Hankai Tramway, and the Tengachaya Station, the subway. The distances to the place are all walkable. Travelers who carry bigger luggages are suggested to take the Hankai Tramway, for not having to carry luggages for long distance. Taking the Hankai Tramway from Matsudacho Station to Dobutsuen-mae Station, the travelers can transfer to the subway and the JR line(Shin-Imamiya Station).
There are 7-11s nearby, so no worry about the food and daily necessaries.
The equipment is well-prepared and doing the laundry is available, too. (The clothes cleaner is in the cabinet under the sink.
環境清潔大概就是「我有做到就好」的程度，換句話說，細心度較為不足。舉例：杯子要用的時候發現裡面還有水珠、清潔過的地方還留有灰塵。
臥室塞了兩張雙人床，結果插座的位置不甚理想。一個在一張床的側邊，但因為空間不足，需要用較小的轉接頭，然後最好有90度的充電線，不然很難使用；另一個在另一張床的床尾，位置也不理想。兩張床中間有一個床頭櫃，上面放了一盞檯燈，但鄰近沒有找到插座可以使用，不知道是為什麼？
空間長且窄，1-2人住宿應該還好，但如果再多人就應該會感到擁擠。臥室可以行走的地方就一個T字形，且床尾的部分得要側身才好走。
The level of the room cleaning is like" only get it done", in other words, lack of carefulness. For example, there are some water drops on the cups and some dust is left behind after cleaning.
There are two double beds in the bedroom, making the positions of the plugs not ideal to use. One plug is on the side wall of a bed. The space is small that a smaller-sized adapter is necessary, and wire with a 90-degree connecter becomes a better solution. The other one is on the wall beside the foot of the other bed, making it a poor position to use, too. What's more, there is a lamp on a cabinet at the bedhead position between two beds. However, there is no plug found nearby, so the lamp is not going to work. Have no idea about this...
The space of the place is long and narrow, suitable for 1-2 people; more, maybe a little crowded. The space to walk in the bedroom is a T, and on the side of the foot of the bed, turning body to walk is needed.
