I was very comfortable, bed super comfy, great shower, all amenities great, loved the TV range ie Netflix, amazon prime, was very greatful arriving in the dark during a storm where jason came out to greet me in awful weather and super grateful the heating had been put on high for my arrival so I was super toastie cosy warm and able to dry out. Thank you my great stay! I made use of the garden and bought my own logs for great outdoor heating on a cool night. And was easy to find, just enter the T road and go forward all the way, house tucked away in the corner of a cul de sac,. Another review helped me find the house to of which I super greatful.
Only a net curtain on the smaller window and so not so private. I would have appreciated blinds or a curtain. But everything else superb. Some noise early Sunday woke me up but is attached to the house so some noise to be expected and no problem at all in the grand scheme of things. Thanks again my great stay.

Compact and comfortable for a short stay, excellent access to Christchurch town and all facilities around the area. Everything you need for a short stay, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and nice welcoming gifts and groceries. Ignore your sat nav once you enter the street from the roundabout, just keep following your nose and you’ll find the house tucked away in the right hand corner.
Everything was nice, could usefully use one or two easy chairs, but otherwise nice.

Lovely little room, lots of nice touches with tea, coffee and jams provided. Great value for money.
Some buffering issues on the TV. The step from the patio doors to the garden is quite high.

Lovely accommodation with great little garden, everything you could need and more with added personal touches. Helpful and attentive host in a beautiful area.
